Why 24mg/ml + Oligo HA?

Most premium fillers in the market peak at 24–25mg/mL. By offering 24mg/mL, RevoShap provides a higher G-Prime, making it ideal for structural "bone-mimicking" injections. However, high-density fillers can sometimes feel stiff.

The Oligo HA Solution

The high concentration of Oligo HA (<10kDa) serves a dual purpose
  • Rheology Modifier: It acts as a lubricant within the cross-linked matrix, allowing a 24mg gel to flow through a 27G or 30G needle with surprisingly low extrusion force.
  • Fibroblast Ligand: While the 24mg HA provides the "scaffold," the Oligo HA fragments bind to the CD44 receptors of the patient's own fibroblasts. This triggers the production of Type I Collagen and Elastin without the aggressive inflammatory pathways required by PLLA or the stiff mineral deposits of CaHA.
